Delicate sparkling wine obtained directly from the refermentation of the wine in small stainless steel autoclaves at low temperature for an entire process that lasts about 30 days. Abundant and evanescent foam, fine-grained and persistent perlage. Pale straw yellow color with a finely fruity, balanced and very elegant bouquet.
