Delicate hints of fruit, wisteria, citrus and balsamic herbs enrich a harmonious and persistent finish.

Gastronomic Pairing: Delicate appetizers, shellfish, grilled or baked fish, buffalo mozzarella, fresh or slightly aged cheeses, sushi. Also excellent as an aperitif.
